Both had been distinguished suppliers of consumable items and accessories to the heating, plumbing and electrical sectors for more than 40 years, leading the field in terms of innovation and mainstream products that delivered time saving solutions.

This merger showcased Arctic Hayes Ltd. as the leading player in the market for heating and plumbing consumables in the UK.
Bringing Hayes UK and Arctic together created an exciting force in the supply of niche consumable products to the heating and plumbing industry. They will extend their collective brands to new product areas and introduce over 200 additional products into their larger combined customer base.
