1 - Can I Click & Collect my product?

• Most products on BaiGapi.com are available for Click & Collect. When you place your order, you can select your preferred choice on whether you would like to collect or to get your order delivered to your registered address. Once you place your order and you prefer to collect from store, you will be notified when you order is ready for collection.
• Certain bulky products may not be available for collection from our store. Such products will only have option for delivery.
• If you have selected to collect your order and are not able to collect, please contact us as soon as possible. With the exception of bulky products and those that are restricted by our couriers, we can arrange for this to be delivered to you within Mainland United Kingdom (charges may apply).

 

2 - Where can I Collect my order from?

• During checkout, you will be provided with the option to select one of our stores from where you can collect your order.
• We currently only offer walk-in collection from store. You will be notified on what information you need to present before you can collect your order. If the required information is not provided, there may be delays in you receiving your order.

3 - When will my order be ready to collect?

• You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
• In nearly all cases, collection is available after 2 - 4 days of placing your order and in some cases, collection can be on the same day or next day.
• You will receive a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm that your order is ready.
• Once you have been notified that your order is ready for collection, you can arrange to visit our store Mon - Sat 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please note that collection is not available on Bank Holidays.

 

Can’t collect yourself?

You can ask someone to collect your order for you. Please follow the instruction on the email when your order is ready for collection. Unfortunately, if your order was paid for using PayPal or your order contains a high value product, then this is not possible and you must collect your order yourself.

 

 

Exceptions

Most of our products are available for collection within 2 - 4 days, however in some cases it may take a little longer especially Special Order items or Made to Order products. You will be informed when you order is ready for collection.
