Self Adhesive Intumescent Hinge Pack for Ceam Concelaed Hinge
A durable, versatile, strong and sturdy, substantial product from Carlisle Brass, one of the largest manufacturers of residential & commercial architectural iron mongery. This Intumescent Hinge Liners are designed to be fitted with all Fire Rated Hinges in order to comply with FD30 Fire Regulations. Made of intercalated graphite, the intumescent material reacts to the heat of a fire and expands to seal any gaps around the hinge and maintain the fire resistance and integrity of the door. To be used in conjunction with fire rated hinges, to meet either FD30, FD60 or FD120 specification. One Intumescent Hinge Liner should be fitted to each leaf of the hinge. They are supplied in a pack of 1 liners so would suit one hinge, hence order accordingly depending on the number of hinges ordered. Intercalated Graphite 0.8mm Sheet, available in 3 Widths to suit various hinges;
